Yes. It’s located inside our white tent in the hallway

I bought a FRI VIP Ticket, does that give me access all weekend?

It gives you Sun re-entry access: Snap a selfie at our photo booth when you head to the exit for Sun re-entry.  If you wish to re-enter on Saturday a new ticket is required due to limited capacity.

Are there places to rest?
Yes – Seating is available in the food hallway as well as in front of the stage.

​

Can I bring a pet?
Only properly identified service animals are permitted in the show. 

​

Are shopping carts, wagons, and strollers permitted during the show?
Small strollers and small pull-behind or push carts are permitted.**  Grocery-size carts, large strollers, and wagons are not permitted until after 2p Saturday and all day Sunday.

Are there Wheelchairs available?

No-but feel free to bring your own.

​

Is there handicapped parking?
Yes- Please keep in mind that handicapped parking is limited, and will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis. In the event the lot is full, guests can still request to drop off guests in their car at the front door. 

 

Is there a day that’s less busy than others?
Sunday is the least busiest. Saturday after 2p would be next.

Do you have to have a ticket to participate in a DIY Class?

Yes-You need to purchase an entry ticket as well as the DIY ticket for the class you wish to take.

Will tickets be available for purchase at the door?

ONLY if the times are not sold out. Tickets are limited for each time slot and will only be sold at the door if still available. Cash or card is accepted.

​

Does my child need a ticket?

Yes- unless your infant is being worn by you in a baby carrier they require a ticket. Due to limiting the attendance every person counts as a number and requires a ticket.

​

Can you wrap my gifts?

Yes- We have a wrapping station located in the food hallway where your gift can be wrapped and personalized.
